Youth Referee Award
An award was created for on behalf of Mike Laberge, who,
as an individual has dedicated his time to coaching soccer,
and mentor first time referees.
To honour his commitment, the Rutland Youth Soccer Association,
created the �Mike Laberge Young Referee Award�.
The first recipient to win this award was chosen specifically by his new mentors for his improvement
throughout his first year as a referee.
Brayden Dilullo and Mike Laberge are shown in the picture holding their awards
for service and most improved first year referee for 2011.
Thank you to Mike for your services throughout the last 20 years,
and to Brayden, for his services as a referee in the mini-soccer season.
